Health Concerns Mount as Wangchuk Refuses to End Fast
Srinagar, July 16 -- New Delhi- Activist Sonam Wangchuk's health entered a critical stage on Thursday as doctors warned that his prolonged hunger strike could soon begin affecting vital organs, even as the Delhi High Court ordered daily medical monitoring and political leaders across party lines urged the Centre to open a dialogue with him.
Wangchuk, however, remained steadfast, ruling out ending his fast without a response from the government. Instead, he urged supporters to strengthen the proposed "Chalo Sansad" march to Parliament on July 20.
