Srinagar, Aug. 12 -- "It has been observed that the officers/officials of the High Court of J&K and Ladakh do not wear the prescribed uniform and attend the office/official duties in casual dress which is causing great indiscipline and affects the well functioning of Hon'ble High Court," reads a circular issued by Registrar General (Officiating) M.K Sharma.
"Therefore, it is hereby impressed upon all the employees of the High Court of Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh, whether Gazetted or Non-Gazetted (personal staff attached with the Officers of the Registry/staff of eCourts/I.T Section/Orderlies/Ushers/Drivers) that they shall maintain proper uniform as prescribed for their respective categories while attending office and during official duti...
