Srinagar, July 14 -- Srinagar- The High Court of J&K and Ladakh has reconstituted both the Commercial Division and the Commercial Appellate Division Benches in its Srinagar and Jammu wings for hearing and disposal of commercial disputes under the Commercial Courts Act, 2015.

According to separate orders issued by the Registrar General M K Sharma, the reconstituted Commercial Division Benches under Section 4 of the Commercial Courts Act will hear and decide all suits, applications and arbitration proceedings relating to commercial disputes pending or instituted on the original side of the High Court.
