India, Oct. 22 -- At least four women were injured after a bus collided with a tempo in Jammu and Kashmir's Udhampur district on Thursday, officials said.

The accident occurred when the two vehicles collided, leaving four women travelling in them injured, they said, as per news agency GNS.

The injured women were immediately shifted to a nearby hospital for treatment.

Police have taken cognizance of the incident, while further details are awaited
