Srinagar, Sept. 2 -- Srinagar- The Economic Offences Wing (EOW) Kashmir of the Crime Branch, Jammu and Kashmir, has filed a chargesheet against five persons for allegedly using forged appointment, transfer and relieving orders to secure positions in the Education Department.

The chargesheet in FIR No. 36/2021, registered under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 201 and 120-B of the Ranbir Penal Code (RPC), was filed before the court of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Budgam.

The accused have been identified as Nisar Ahmad Bhat of Iqbal Colony, Tral; Shakir Gull of Kachdoora, Shopian; Mohammad Ayaz Rather of Takipora, Shopian; Sheikh Ruhail Ahmad of Kachdoora, Shopian; and Tanveer Ahmad Rather of Khudpora Mowgam, Anantnag.
