Srinagar, May 25 -- Srinagar- Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha on Monday visited the revered Hazratbal Shrine to review preparations for the upcoming Eid-ul-Adha celebrations and directed officials to ensure smooth arrangements for devotees.

Accompanied by senior civil, police and Waqf officials, the Lieutenant Governor inspected facilities being put in place at the shrine, including water supply, sanitation, electricity and other essential services ahead of the festival.

During the visit, Sinha instructed officers of all concerned departments to carry out preparations with diligence and ensure that devotees do not face inconvenience during the celebrations.
