Srinagar, Aug. 5 -- In a statement, the CBK said that In the first case, the Court of City Judge Srinagar convicted the accused Mukhtar Ahmad Guroo and Nazir Ahmad Guroo both the sons of Gulla Mohd Guroo R/o Abi-Karpora, Nehru Park Dalgate Srinagar in case FIR No. 24/2008 under Section 420, 109-B RPC of P/S Crime Branch Kashmir (now Economic Offences Wing) after thorough investigation and diligent prosecution by Crime Branch Kashmir.
