Srinagar, Aug. 4 -- Addressing the 9th Convocation Ceremony of Sher-e-Kashmir University of Agricultural Sciences and Technology (SKUAST), Jammu, Omar Abdullah - who also serves as the Pro-Chancellor of the University - congratulated the graduating scholars and called agriculture and allied sectors "fields of promise as well as of responsibility."
