"Let me stick my neck out and say nothing will happen tomorrow-fortunately nothing bad will happen, but unfortunately nothing positive will happen either." He added that while he hasn't spoken to anyone in Delhi, he remains optimistic about a positive outcome in the Parliament session. "This is just a gut feeling.
