Srinagar, Sept. 7 -- Srinagar- Chief Minister Omar Abdullah on Monday said he remains in continuous communication with Union Home Minister Amit Shah over several issues concerning Jammu and Kashmir, including the restoration of statehood and business rules.

Speaking with reporters, CM Omar said there are many issues between Jammu and Kashmir and the Centre. "Be it about statehood or business rules, I keep in touch with the Home Minister," he said, as per news agency KNO.

He said the J&K Cabinet's response on the reservation issue has been prepared but is yet to be sent to the Centre, while the post of Advocate General has remained vacant for nearly two years.
