Srinagar, June 19 -- Srinagar- All properties and assets belonging to M/s Siraj-ul-Uloom Welfare Foundation have been placed under the control of the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), Chandigarh Bench.

According to the details, the control of the properties was given to NCLT, following proceedings initiated under Company Petition No. 41/Chd/J&K of 2026.

A public notice issued by the Official Liquidator attached to the High Court of Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh, reads that the entire property and effects of the foundation now stand vested with the Hon'ble Tribunal.
