Srinagar, May 4 -- Srinagar- The Jammu and Kashmir Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) on Monday filed a charge-sheet against 11 accused, including four Srinagar Municipal Corporation (SMC) officials and seven beneficiaries for alleged violations in a building permission case involving illegal constructions in Srinagar.
