Srinagar, Aug. 12 -- Srinagar- The High Court of J&K and Ladakh has directed the Managing Director of Jammu and Kashmir Medical Supplies Corporation Limited (JKMSCL) to personally appear before it and explain the continued non-availability of essential Haemophilia medicines, including Factor VIII and Emicizumab, at GMC Srinagar and GMC Jammu, observing that the delay in their procurement appears to be linked to "slackness" on the part of the Corporation.
