Speaking at T20 Cricket Tournament organised by Srinagar Police under the Civic Action Programme (CAP) here, SSP Chakravarthy congratulated all participating teams and appreciated the enthusiasm shown by players during the tournament, saying such sporting events provide a constructive platform for youth and help channelise their energy in a positive direction.
