Srinagar, April 18 -- Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Saturday rained criticism on the Opposition for blocking the passage of an amendment to implement women's reservation bill.

"Women will never forget what happened in Parliament yesterday, they will make the Opposition pay for it.

"What the opposition parties did yesterday, they will surely get punished for it," he said in his live address to the nation on Saturday night.
