Pulwama, May 7 -- Tulkul Arts and Media Collective captivated the audience at Government Degree College Pulwama with a vibrant presentation of the traditional "Bacha Nagma" under the Cultural Functions and Production Grant (CFPG) Scheme for the year 2025-26, approved by the Ministry of Culture, Government of India.The programme began with a welcome address by Chairman of Tulkul Arts and Media Collective, Ravice Rashid (Rayees Wathori), who expressed gratitude to the Ministry of Culture for its continued support under the CFPG scheme.
