New Delhi, April 14 -- Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Tuesday said he received a phone call from US President Donald Trump, during which both leaders reviewed the progress made in India-US relations across multiple sectors.
In a post on X, the Prime Minister said both sides discussed ways to further strengthen the Comprehensive Global Strategic Partnership.
He said India and the United States remain committed to deepening cooperation in all areas of mutual interest.
The leaders also discussed the situation in West Asia and underlined the importance of ensuring that the Strait of Hormuz remains open and secure.
