Srinagar, May 16 -- Divisional Commissioner Kashmir said that intensive sporting activities are being conducted across the Valley under the "Nasha Mukt Abhiyan" to channelise the energy of youth towards positive and healthy pursuits.

In a post shared on X, the Divisional Commissioner stated that 6,086 sports events have been organised across Kashmir during the last one month since the launch of the campaign by the Office of LG J&K.

The post further said that more than 2.96 lakh youth participated in these activities while hundreds of Panchayat-level playgrounds were also activated across the region.
