Srinagar, Aug. 12 -- Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha has summoned the Jammu and Kashmir Legislative Assembly to meet at Srinagar on September 21, 2026, at 10:00 am, according to a summon notice issued by the J&K Legislative Assembly Secretariat on Wednesday.

In the summom, LG Sinha, exercising powers under Section 18(1) of the Jammu and Kashmir Reorganisation Act, 2019, ordered that the Legislative Assembly of the Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir shall meet at Srinagar on Monday, September 21.
