Srinagar, Aug. 29 -- Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha on Saturday extended greetings to all sportspersons and sports enthusiasts on the occasion of National Sports Day, which is celebrated to mark the birth anniversary of hockey legend Major Dhyan Chand.
