Srinagar, June 23 -- Secretary, Ministry of Panchayati Raj (MoPR), Government of India, Vivek Bharadwaj on Tuesday said that Jammu and Kashmir's Panchayats are playing an increasingly important role in strengthening digital governance and rural service delivery, reflecting the vision of a modern and technology-driven India.

Addressing the regional workshop on Panchayat-led service delivery titled "Seva Se Samriddhi" at SKICC Srinagar, Bharadwaj, as per news agency JKNS, lauded the efforts being made in Jammu and Kashmir to empower Panchayats and improve governance through digital platforms.
