SRINAGAR, Aug. 5 -- District Legal Services Authority (DLSA), Srinagar, organized a comprehensive legal awareness programme at Government Girls Higher Secondary School (GGHSS) Chanapora, Srinagar.

This impactful initiative was aimed at sensitizing students about pivotal legal and social issues, particularly focusing on the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act, the Domestic Violence (DV) Act, and the availability of Free Legal Aid.

The programme was held under the chairmanship of Tasleem Arief, Principal District and Sessions Judge, Srinagar, and conducted under the close supervision of Sajad Ur Rehman, Sub-Judge and Secretary, DLSA Srinagar.
