SHOPIAN, Aug. 25 -- The District Level Narco Coordination (NCORD) committee meeting was held today at Mini-Secretariat Shopian under the chairmanship of Deputy Commissioner (DC) Shopian, Shishir Gupta.

On the occasion, department wise action taken reports were reviewed by DC with stress on creating deterrence against the drug and substance abuse.

Departments including Revenue, Police, Drug Controller, Panchayats, Health, Social Welfare and others submitted monthly progress and line of activities against the ongoing fight against drugs.
