SRINAGAR, Aug. 25 -- In a continued effort to promote youth entrepreneurship and to create livelihood opportunities for aspiring youth of district, Deputy Commissioner (DC) Srinagar, Akshay Labroo on Monday handed-over sanction letters to aspiring entrepreneurs of the district under Mission YUVA to help them establish their own ventures.
