KUPWARA, Aug. 5 -- Deputy Commissioner (DC) Kupwara, Ayushi Sudan today convened a meeting of concerned officers to review the preparedness for celebration of Independence Day-2025 in the district.

DC stressed upon the concerned officers to ensure fool proof arrangements well in advance at DPL Kupwara, the main venue for national event celebration to avoid any inconvenience during the celebration of the Independence Day.

Various departments including Education, PHE, R&B, Information, Health, Sports, Traffic, Motor Vehicles, PDD and Municipality were directed to look after their respective assignments.
