SRINAGAR, Aug. 12 -- The Annual Ahad Zargar Day was celebrated today at the shrine of renowned Sufi poet and saint Abdul Ahad Zargar in Narwara area of old Srinagar city.

The event drew thousands of devotees and admirers throughout the course of the day. The event brought together folk artists from across the Kashmir Valley, who performed soulful renditions of the saint's poetry, celebrating his legacy as a literary luminary and spiritual icon of Kashmir.
