SRINAGAR, May 4 -- Vowing to expose every drug trafficker, Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha today promised to bring back every youth consumed by addiction.

"In the war against drug abuse and narco-terrorism, every step matters. Every effort counts. Every contribution brings victory closer.
