Nigeria, Aug. 8 -- The Minister of the Federal Capital Territory, Nyesom Wike, has inaugurated a committee aimed at identifying areas within the nation's capital that are in violation of their Certificate of Occupancy.

During the inauguration ceremony held at the FCTA headquarters in Abuja, Wike expressed concern over the lack of distinction between commercial and residential areas in the Federal Capital Territory, stating that this situation conflicts with the city's master plan.
