Nigeria, Aug. 1 -- The Adamawa State Governor Ahmadu Fintiri, has honored Super Falcons coach Justin Madugu with a three-bedroom bungalow and N50 million for leading the national women's football team to victory at the 2024 Women's Africa Cup of Nations (WAFCON).
The presentation was made at the Government House in Yola, according to a Facebook post by the governor's aide, Pius Iliya.
Fintiri praised Madugu, an indigene of Adamawa, for his pivotal role in the Falcons' success during the tournament held in Morocco earlier this year.
