Nigeria, Aug. 7 -- The Commissioner of Police in Kwara State, CP Ojo Adekimi, has charged officers and men of the Nigeria Police Force to uphold the fundamental rights of citizens while discharging their duties, urging them to reciprocate improved working conditions with greater professionalism, discipline and responsiveness.

The police commissioner gave the charge on Friday during the commissioning of the renovated 'C' Division Police Station in Oja-Oba, Ilorin, following a comprehensive facelift of the facility aimed at providing a more conducive environment for effective policing and improved service delivery.
