Nigeria, Dec. 10 -- The national leadership of the Accord party has announced the Osun state Governor as the Sol aspirant of the 2026 gubernatorial election in the state.

The announcement came barely 24 hours after the governor officially joined the party, following his exit from the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP).
