Nigeria, Oct. 4 -- The Kwara State Environmental Protection Agency (KWEPA) has issued a stern warning to horse owners in Ilorin, cautioning them against allowing their animals to roam unsupervised on major roads within the metropolis.

General Manager of the agency, Hon. Jide Aina, gave the warning on Friday following complaints about stray horses posing safety risks to residents and road users. He described the situation as a "serious public hazard" capable of causing accidents, including fatal ones.
