Nigeria, Sept. 28 -- The Student Union Government (SUG) of the Kwara State College of Nursing Sciences, Oke-Ode, has called for stronger security measures and urgent completion of the institution's abandoned hostel following a recent banditry attack that left students living off-campus vulnerable.

In a statement signed by the SUG President, Sen. Idris Haruna on Sunday, the union commended both the school management and the Kwara State Government for their efforts so far but stressed that the attack highlighted glaring lapses in security around the host community.
