New Delhi, Sept. 23 -- Lyfe Hotels hosted a three-day Japanese Food Festival at Sweet Basil from 18-20 September, bringing the authentic flavours, culinary traditions and time-honoured techniques of Japan to Bhubaneswar.

The festival welcomed acclaimed Master Chef Tetsuya Hattori of SO SUSHI, whose impressive 37-year culinary journey brought an exceptional depth of expertise and authenticity to Sweet Basil. His bespoke four-course menu was a celebration of Japanese gastronomy, artfully balancing delicate flavours, refined techniques and seasonal ingredients across an enticing selection of vegetarian and non-vegetarian creations.
