Bangladesh, July 21 -- Textile manufacturer Zaber & Zubair Fabrics Ltd has developed a new dyeing technique that helps cut processing time by 85 per cent while significantly reducing water, energy and chemical consumption, as the company moves to produce more sustainable, value-added fabrics for global brands.

The company unveiled the innovation alongside its Autumn/Winter 2027-28 collection at the 18th edition of its annual Fabric Week, held in Dhaka from July 14 to 19.

"We have reduced water, energy and chemical consumption by introducing a new solid dyeing technique through process improvements," said Md Shofiqur Rahman, Executive Director of Zaber & Zubair.
