Dhaka, June 30 -- The 37th Annual General Meeting of United Finance PLC was held on 29 June 2026 in a hybrid format.

The meeting was presided over by Najmul Hasan, Chairman of United Finance PLC. Mohammed Abul Ahsan, Acting Managing Director, and Labiba Mahjabin, Acting Company Secretary, attended the meeting along with members of the Board, shareholders, and senior officials of the Company.

During the AGM, shareholders discussed the Company's performance, audited financial statements, and future outlook. Following the recommendation of the Board of Directors, shareholders approved a 10% cash dividend for the year.
