Bangladesh, Aug. 4 -- Unilever Consumer Care Limited (UCL) recently held its 328th Board Meeting, during which several key appointments to the Board and senior management team were approved.

Advertisement The Board of Directors elected Ruhul Quddus Khan as Chairman of the Board for a three-year term, effective July 28, 2026, according to a media release.

Mr Khan was elected pursuant to Article 94 of UCL's Articles of Association, following the resignation of the outgoing Chairman, Masud Khan. He also serves as Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of Unilever Bangladesh Limited.
