Bangladesh, Aug. 12 -- Two more children died of measles or measles-like symptoms in the 24 hours leading up to 8:00 am on Tuesday, bringing the total number of deaths to 880.

Advertisement Of the total fatalities, 98 were confirmed measles cases, according to a bulletin issued by the Directorate General of Health Services (DGHS).

Meanwhile, during the same period, 872 suspected cases and 107 confirmed cases of measles were recorded.

As a result, the total number of suspected measles cases rose to 138,184, while the number of confirmed cases increased to 17,385.
