Dhaka, May 14 -- Turkish business leaders have expressed strong interest in making both joint and independent investments in Bangladesh's electronics and electrical equipment sector, citing growing domestic demand and mutual benefits for both countries.

"There is significant demand in Bangladesh for electronic equipment, home appliances, generators and similar products. Investors from Turkiye are interested in making both joint and independent investments in these sectors," said Burak Basegmezlar, Vice President of the Turkish Electro Technology Exporters' Association (TET).
