Bangladesh, Sept. 14 -- Trust Bank PLC has signed a Participation Agreement with Bangladesh Bank under the BDT 50 billion CMSME Working Capital Refinance Fund, aimed at providing affordable and accessible working capital financing to Cottage, Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (CMSMEs), according to a press release.

Advertisement The agreement was signed on 08 September 2026 at the A. N. Hamidullah Conference Room of Bangladesh Bank Headquarters. Md. Zabdul Islam, Director, SME & Special Programmes Department, Bangladesh Bank, and Akhlasur Rahman Bhuiyan, Deputy Managing Director, Trust Bank PLC, signed the agreement on behalf of their respective organizations.
