Bangladesh, Aug. 17 -- Sonali Life Insurance PLC, one of the country's leading life insurers, has maintained a 100 per cent claim settlement rate while recording strong financial growth, according to company officials.

Advertisement The Shariah-compliant insurer settled 55,300 claims worth Tk 4.05 billion in 2025, reaffirming its commitment to protecting policyholders' interests, they said.

The company also declared a 15 per cent cash dividend for shareholders for 2025 at its recent annual general meeting (AGM) held in Dhaka.

The company's claim settlement performance has continued into 2026, with claims worth around Tk 2.59 billion already settled as of July, according to a Sonali Life financial statement.
