Bangladesh, Oct. 13 -- Sonali Bank PLC conducted a campaign in Barishal to raise public awareness about expanding digital transactions via Bangla QR.

Managing Director of Sonali Bank, Md. Shawkat Ali Khan, attended the promotional campaign as chief guest at Sonali Bank Bhaban in Barishal City on Tuesday, says a media release.

Among others, Md Mofizur Rahman Khan Chowdhury, executive director of Bangladesh Bank Barishal, Md Abu Sayed, deputy managing director of Sonali Bank, Md Rafiqul Islam, General Manager Md Jasim Uddin Khan, and other executives and officials of the bank were present in the promotional campaign programme.
