Dhaka, Aug. 22 -- Wicketkeeper-batsman Quazi Nurul Hasan Sohan has earned a recall to Bangladesh's T20 squad after nearly three years, as the Bangladesh Cricket Board announced the team for next month's Asia Cup in the UAE.

The same squad will also play the three-match T20 international series against the Netherlands in Sylhet, starting on Aug 30, reports bdnews24.com.

Sohan, 31, last featured in the format during the 2022 T20 World Cup in Australia. His return adds depth to a batting order that has seen recent experiments with younger faces.

Litton Das will lead the 16-strong side, which blends established names with emerging talent.
