Bangladesh, Oct. 27 -- Shahjalal Islami Bank PLC and Amrark Limited signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) on Tuesday at the corporate head office of the bank.

In the presence of Mr Mosleh Uddin Ahmed, the managing director of Shahjalal Islami Bank PLC, the deputy managing director of the bank, Md Jafar Sadeq, FCA and the chairman of Amrark Limited, Mr Jisu Park, signed the MOU on behalf of the respective organisations.

The chairman of the board of directors of ShahjalalIslami Bank, Mr Mohammed Younus, was also present at the signing ceremony, says a media release.
