Dhaka, June 22 -- Shahjalal Islami Bank PLC organised a Half day-long financial literacy workshop on the uses of cashless transactions at Uttara Branch on 20 June 2026, jointly organised by the Risk Management Division of the Bank's Corporate Head Office and its' Uttara Branch.

The Managing Director of Shahjalal Islami Bank PLC Mr. Mosleh Uddin Ahmed, was present as the chief guest in the financial literacy workshop, according to a press release.

The six branches of Shahjalal Islami Bank PLC and their respective Customers participated in the workshop.

The program was moderated by Mr. Mohammed Abu Shayem, Head of the Risk Management Division and Financial Inclusion Unit of the Bank.
