Dhaka, Aug. 12 -- The International Crimes Tribunal (ICT)-1 on Tuesday set November 12 for submitting probe report in crimes against humanity case over the mass killing that took place in the capital's Shapla Chattar area on May 5, 2013.

The three-member tribunal led by Justice Md Golam Mortuza Mozumder passed the order, allowing the time plea moved by prosecutor Gazi MH Tamim, reports BSS.

Four accused out of total 21, in the case were produced before the tribunal during the hearing. The accused are former state minister for home affairs Shamsul Haque Tuku, former IGP AKM Shahidul Haque, Major General (sacked) Ziaul Ahsan and former deputy inspector general (DIG) of police Mollah Nazrul Islam.
