Dhaka, Oct. 30 -- Prime Bank PLC has announced the appointment of Mr Nayamul Hoque FCS as the Company Secretary recently.

Nayamul Hoque FCS has been serving with Prime Bank PLC since 2023 under the Board Secretary & Corporate Affairs Division, according to a media release.

Prior to joining Prime Bank, he was the Company Secretary of ACI Formulations PLC. He brings with him over 17 years of extensive experience in reputed organizations such as Lanka Bangla Securities Limited, UCB Capital Management Limited and ACI PLC.
