Bangladesh, Oct. 5 -- CHATTOGRAM: Popular Life Insurance PLC handed over insurance claim cheques worth Tk 96.757 million to customers in the Chattogram region.

These cheques were distributed at a ceremony held at the Institution of Engineers, Chattogram auditorium on Saturday.

Mohammad Jahirul Islam Chowdhury Rinku, Chairman of Popular Life Insurance, attended the event as the chief guest. The event was presided over by Managing Director and CEO of Popular Life Insurance and President of the Bangladesh Insurance Forum B M Yusuf Ali. Founding director and former chairman of Popular Life Insurance Amir Humayun Mahmud Chowdhury was present as the special guest.
