Dhaka, March 7 -- Police recovered the hanging body of a nurse from a house at Hossaini Dalan area in the Old part of Dhaka on Thursday night.

The deceased identified as Nahida Akter Bobi (29) had also left a chit (beside her body) seeking justice against her husband and in-laws.

She had served as a nurse at the Burn Unit of Dhaka Medical College Hospital.

Officer-in-Charge (OC) of Chawkbazar Police Station Md Abdullah Al Mamun said that police had recovered the body on Thursday night and sent it to the morgue of Dhaka Medical College for an autopsy on Friday afternoon.

Bobi hailed from the Railway Colony area of Sirajganj Sadar upazila.
