Dhaka, Feb. 26 -- NRBC Bank PLC is observing the holy month of Ramadan as a 'Special Remittance Service Month' to encourage expatriates to send remittances through formal banking channels and to further expand related services, according to a press release.

On this occasion, special gifts are being offered to remittance beneficiaries until Eid. The program was inaugurated on Thursday by the bank's Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer, Dr. Md. Touhidul Alam Khan.
